This machinery is used to automatically fill the pre-sterilized syringe (SCF type) made by major global manufacturers. The main process includes: Auto De-bagging, Auto Tub Opening, PFS Filling & Stoppering, and Outfeeding.

Filling Process
  • S/S rotating pump with 5 filling nozzles and 4 servo motors.
  • Filling volume adjusted accurately on PLC without tools.
  • Full automatic operation monitoring vacuum, nitrogen, and C/A pressure.
  • Suitable for normal and transparent viscous liquids (e.g., ester acid).
  • Plugging reliability with no bubble formation during operation.
